DrillSkill Training offers a comprehensive development and delivery service for Company Specific Induction Training.

This service includes the transition of existing company materials or development of new induction materials such as powerpoint presentations, learning resource books, educational aids and end tests or evaluations to support your individual company requirements.

We have an extensive library of both motion and static images, graphics, educational materials and information on most aspects of an induction process to assist with the development of your company’s requirements.

Our expertise can assist companies streamline their induction processes, engage and educate new employees that can assist in probationery period reviews and assessments.

Once a course is fully developed our team of trainers then work on the delivery methods and educational aids required to ensure that each employee has fully understood all aspects of the induction process.

Inductions can be delivered at DrillSkill, at your company’s premises or on-site across Australia.
