DrillSkill Training encourages and supports the training and development initiatives within Drilling Companies who seek to improve the quality of training. To assist with this endeavour DrillSkill has introduced a Registration process to support industry.
THE ADVANTAGES of Registered Workplace Trainers / Assessors are:
- Industry can train and assess their own drilling personnel;
- Reduced educational costs;
- Industry specific training can be conducted;
- Company specific assessments are aligned to company’s own specific needs;
- Training and Assessment can be conducted on the job;
- Reduced interruptions to the drilling process;
- Training and assessment fits drilling rosters.
THE BENEFITS
- Employees can be assessed on site by Registered Trainers and Assessors;
- Reduces timeframes for assessments;
- Assists with Traineeship theory based delivery and subsequent assessments;
- Maintains and raises the standards of training within the industry;
- Demonstrates to clients a commitment to maintaining quality employees.
Registration can be applied for either:
- Trainer and Assessor (possessing both Certificate IV in Training And Assessment and appropriate Qualifications in Drilling)
- Assessor (Workplace Assessor Qualifications and appropriate Qualifications in Drilling)
